Return & Refund Policy

At The Festive Box, we strive to deliver high-quality handcrafted products that add joy to your celebrations. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Please note that customised or personalised products cannot be returned.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

Damage During Transit:
If you receive a damaged product, please email us clear photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
